The first thing I want to say about myself is answer the "why Real Estate?" question... When I first moved to Las Vegas in 2009, I was attending College at UNLV. My father received a job transfer opportunity to Las Vegas and needed to sell his home. I referred a friend of mine who not only decided to be the buyer of his home, but also still charge him all fees, repairs and undervalued the property value. He lost money on the sale. Circle back to me around 2015 and I was working for Google helping Real Estate professionals with their marketing all over the United States and vamping up their online presence and generating them more business. I decided to get into Real Estate more by taking my marketing skills to a local company when a friend of mine reaches out to me; "David, this agent is telling my parents house and says to sell he must use certain vendors and it totals to almost $40,000 in fees" I decided enough was enough, I needed to get my license and help people find me so I can get to them first. My favorite perk of the job is this: if I just simply do my best and give the most transparent answers, business will come to me organically. I bring the art of technology and execute it accordingly to do the best I can for my clients.
